Whenever I think about how grateful I am that I have discovered this little secret. I start to cry.
I call it a secret because it would bankrupt the fitness and diet industry. If everyone knew that we didn’t have to work out for an hour every day, fast or eat only kale crisps.
I had no idea what a difference just a few minutes of my morning routine could make.
Up until that point, I had only experienced a life of failed diets, pointless medical advice and a feeling of hopelessness.
So it was a pleasant surprise to see the pounds tumble off after I discovered this “Exotic Rice Method”.
After consulting my doctor, I realised that it also has added benefits for a healthy heart, healthy arteries and healthy blood sugar levels!
I am shocked to learn that weight gain is not related:
how much endurance training you do at high or low intensity.
the number of fad diets and calorie cuts you’ve tried.
the intake of sugar and carbohydrates.
According to fitness industry myths, you’ll never get out of the weight gain cycle.
Afterward, you begin to blame yourself for the failure.

This has become a daily ritual for me since I made it part of my routine:
The cravings have disappeared without warning.
I slept through the whole night.
I no longer felt guilty when I ate my favourite foods.
When I stopped worrying about the scales, my clothes started to fit better.
I had no idea how easy it was to get and stay healthy, but I knew it was a choice.
Because of my success, I now want to share my story with everyone I know.
